Positions Available

We are currently seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Electrical Engineers

Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university and 10+ years experience in system design for power distribution, electrical studies, lighting design, and fire alarm systems. Candidate must be registered and licensed with the Maryland Board for Professional Engineers.

Electrical Designers

Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university and entry level to 3 years experience in the design of building electrical systems (power, lighting) in a variety of commercial market sectors such as corporate offices, retail, institutional, government and multifamily.

Mechanical Engineers

Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university and 5 to 10 years of mechanical engineering experience in commercial mechanical systems for: commercial office, retail and multi-family residential construction projects

Mechanical Designers

Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university and entry level to 3 years experience in the design of building mechanical systems in a variety of commercial market sectors such as corporate offices, retail, institutional, government and multifamily.

Requirements:

• BS in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited engineering university

• Passed FE (EIT) exam and able to sit for PE exam

• Minimum three years relevant mechanical or electrical design experience

• PE license preferred

• Knowledge of ASHRAE Stds, International Codes and NFPA codes for commercial buildings and systems

• Proficient in the latest versions of AutoCAD and REVIT

 

Ability to preform field survey work
