B&R worked with architect, Ci Design, and developer, PCD-Development, providing the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for The Atwater (formerly River Club) residential housing community in Bogota, New Jersey on the banks of the Hackensack River. Construction of Phase 1 of the project, which includes two new residential buildings and a community pool and clubhouse, is complete and occupancy of the buildings has begun. Construction of Phase 2 of the project, which consists of two new residential buildings is well underway and will complete the 471 apartment community.
