B&R Construction Services was the design-build engineering and construction management firm of record for the Westfield Trumbull mall in Connecticut. The project consisted of a 30,000 SF new food court and 114,000 SF renovation to the existing common areas and restrooms. B&R also worked on the mall’s central plant, working to install a new 1750 ton chiller, new distribution piping to tenants and replacing the mall RTU with chilled water units.
